Ensuring you have the latest nutrition evidence translated into practical advice.
Nutrition Training
Nutrition advice is everywhere, but not all of it is helpful, accurate or appropriate. My work focuses on translating complex nutrition science into practical, meaningful guidance that reflects how people actually live.
I recognise that individuals, cohorts, local populations and communities do not start from the same place. Training is always bespoke, designed around your context, your priorities and the barriers faced by the people you support.
My nutrition training and workshops bring together current evidence, best practice and practical strategies, alongside accessible resources that can be used immediately, without ignoring real-world constraints.
Training can be delivered directly to those seeking advice, or to professionals and teams providing support.

Delivery Formats:
Training
I deliver informative, evidence-based presentations that are interactive and discussion-led. Sessions encourage open conversation, reflection and collaborative problem-solving, and are suitable for both small and large teams.
Workshops
Workshops include all elements of the training sessions, with the addition of practical, hands-on activities. These may involve food models, real food and cooking equipment, allowing participants to explore nutrition concepts in a more applied and experiential way. Workshops are best suited to smaller groups.
All training and workshops can be adapted and redesigned to reflect your setting, audience and specific requirements.
Workplace Wellness
Supporting the health and wellbeing of employees and volunteers is not only important for productivity and retention, but also for creating compassionate, values-led organisations. I work with organisations to support and empower their teams with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to improve nutritional health in ways that are realistic and sustainable.
Workplace wellness sessions can be tailored to your organisation, workforce and working environment, and can be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of wider wellbeing programmes.

Buy One, Give One
The charity sector has faced significant challenges in fundraising and financial stability in recent years. As part of my commitment to equity and social impact, I offer a Buy One, Give One approach.
For every workplace training session or workshop delivered, I will provide a nutrition session free of charge to a charity or community organisation, helping extend the impact beyond your organisation and supporting those who may otherwise have limited access to nutrition education.
This approach allows organisations to meet Corporate Social Responsibility goals in a meaningful way, while contributing to wider community wellbeing.
“I have spoken with the team and they have sung your praises for the training and information you provided so thank you so much! I know they will be providing the young people who attend the best of information and knowledge around health & nutrition.
I have also just seen the resources, they look fab and can’t wait to incorporate them into the upcoming projects.”
